Online Submission

All submitted papers (Abstract and Full Paper / Short Paper) will be reviewed by the ICEE 2024 Program Committee, which is formed by the hosting organization – The IEE of Japan. English is the official language and will be adopted in all the publications and presentations. The authors of selected excellent papers will be recommended to TEEE, Transactions on Electrical and Electronic Engineering.

The presentation of the paper will be done in oral or poster session. If the author wishes the paper will be presented in a poster session, the author should select “poster session” via ICEE 2024 website.

Submission of Abstracts

All abstracts should be submitted on-line via the ICEE 2024 website on or before 31 December 2023. The Abstract must be less than 300 words. The correspondence author will be notified by E-mail regarding the acceptance / rejection of the proposed paper by 31 January 2024.

Submission of Full Papers / Short Papers

Full papers / Short Papers should be submitted on-line via the ICEE 2024 website on or before 1 April 2024. The length of the full paper / short paper shall be 6 / 2 pages or less. The copyright policy should be accepted. The correspondence author will be notified by E-mail regarding the acceptance / rejection of the proposed paper and the presentation format ('Oral' or 'Poster') by 30 April 2024. At least one author of the paper is required to register for the conference on or before 15 May 2024. Presentation and publication are subject to full payment of theregistration fee. Authors are assumed to have given consent and authorized the Organizer to publish the abstract and full paper / short paper, and to include them in any conference publications (electronic form). All registrations should be made via the online program at the ICEE 2024 website. Author's kit will be available at the ICEE 2024 website.
