Payment Procedure

After you complete your registration, please click the "Go to Payment Page" button.
Payments by credit card will be accepted.
All payments should be completed within two weeks of registration.
Please note that payments will not be accepted after this date.

After payment is completed, you can issue a receipt on "My Page".

For details on payment, click the [Payment status check (payment procedure)] button on My Page, and then check [Payment method].

Your registration will be completed upon receipt of your on-line registration information and payment.
Please print out your confirmation slip by clicking the "Confirmation sheet" button and bring it with you to the On-site Registration Desk.

Important Notes

* Registrations are subject to acceptance on a first come, first served basis.

* Each registrant should complete a separate registration form.

* The Conference Secretariat will confirm the registration upon receipt of the registration fee.

* Participants and / or their accompanying persons are advised to take out their own insurance policies to cover against various contingencies such as personal accident, personal liability, medical expense, financial loss incurred through disruption to travel arrangements, damage to or loss of property. The Organizers are not responsible for nor to be held liable for any claims whatsoever caused or howsoever arisen.

Cancellation

* In case of cancellation, your registration fee will be refunded after deducting the cancellation fees as shown below.

* Please note all refunds will be made after the Conference.

* Please revise or cancel your registration by logging-in to your "My Page".
