参加についての注意事項

  • 参加登録フォーム内で「日本放射線影響学会第67回大会」を選択してください。
  • 第12回日本放射線事故・災害医学会 年次学術集会で参加登録された方は日本放射線影響学会第67回大会のプログラムには参加できません。
    2024年9月27日・28日のメインホールのプログラムのみご参加となります。

参加登録補足事項

  1. 発表の無い学部学生の現地参加は無料といたします。氏名、年齢、所属大学名（学科まで）、学生証のコピーとともに9月25日までに大会事務局（JRRS67@orbit-cs.net）までご連絡ください。
  2. 社会人で来年度大学院修士・博士課程進学予定者は影響学会会員の指導者の推薦が得られれば学生会員扱いといたしますので、大会事務局（JRRS67@orbit-cs.net）までご連絡ください。
  3. 家族同伴で参加される場合に、講演会場に入らないことを前提とした、同伴者パス（無料）を設けます。詳しくは大会事務局までご連絡ください。

本大会の参加登録決済は、ホームページ参加登録フォームを利用した、オンラインクレジットカード決済のみとなります。
下記「参加登録はこちら」より、登録ページに進んでいただき必要事項を入力ください。
参加登録はお一人につき一回のみとなります。
セミナー及び懇親会の追加登録は可能ですが決済後のキャンセルはできませんのでご注意ください。

Registration for Participation

The 67th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Radiation Research Society and the 12th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association for Radiation Accident /Disaster Medicine are joint meetings, and registration is only required for one of them.

Notes on Participation

  • Please select The 67th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Radiation Research Society in the registration form.
  • Those registered for the 12th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Association for Radiation Accident /Disaster Medicine cannot participate in the programs of the 67th Annual Meeting of the Japanese Radiation Research Society. You can only attend the program in the Main Hall on September 27 and 28, 2024.
    * Please note that you will not be able to attend on September 25 and 26, 2024.
  • Speakers must register to participate.

Additional information on registration

  1. Undergraduate students who participate on-site will be free of charge except for speakers.
    Please send a copy of your student card to the secretariat by e-mail （JRRS67@orbit-cs.net）.
    Also, please specify your name, age, and university in the text when you send it.
  2. Suppose you are a working adult planning to enter a master‘s or doctoral course next year.
    In that case, you will be treated as a student member if you receive a recommendation from an instructor who is a Japanese Radiation Research Society member. Please contact the secretariat（JRRS67@orbit-cs.net）.
  3. If you are attending with your family, we will provide a companion pass (free of charge).
    However, a companion is not allowed to enter the lecture rooms. Please contact the secretariat for details.

Participant registration is limited to one time per person.
Additional seminars and reception party registration is possible, but please note that cancellations cannot be made after payment.

Pocket Program

If you registered with Early Bird (4/18-8/31), we will send a pocket program to your registered address around mid-September.

Cautionary note

If a program is canceled due to inclement weather, natural disasters, or other reasons, the participation fee for the relevant program will be refunded.
