The day for registration of abstract has been extended until may 6 (Fri) 2022.

Abstracts must be in concise English. Please create WORD file (2 pages) using
Template of Abstract WORD. Do not change the formatting settings! Abstract submission sheet and Abstract must be submitted as both PDF and WORD documents by E-mail to jck30-office@mbox.med.uoeh-u.ac.jp. Other formats will not be accepted.
You need your registration number for Abstract Submission.

Please ensure that the abstract is checked for linguistic accuracy prior to submission.
Abstract submission sheet and Abstract must be submitted as WORD and PDF (both) documents by E-mail to jck30-abst@mbox.med.uoeh-u.ac.jp. Other formats will not be accepted. In the E-mail, please provide the name, mail address, affiliation of the presenting author and the name of attached files (PDF and WORD files). If you do not receive a confirmation of receipt within a week, please contact us by this E-mail (jck30-office@mbox.med.uoeh-u.ac.jp).

●Please name your completed PDF document in the following manner:
The registration number of presentation author_JCK30 (e.g. 001_JCK30.doc [or .PDF]).

●Abstracts should use the following format:

1. Title: The title should be clear and concise and should describe the content of the presentation. The format is aligned centralized with Arial font in 20 point boldface.
2. Authors: Authors should be listed in the order in which they will appear on the manuscript/poster. Please provide the given name followed by the family name.
   The affiliations are given as department and institution names with city, zip code and country.
   Superscripts should be provided to identify multiple author affiliations. Underline the presenting author’s name.
3. Volume: The abstract should be no longer than 1 page.
4. Format: Please fit the abstract to A4 sized (210 mm x 297 mm) paper with margin
   (Top 35 mm, Bottom 35 mm, Left 30 mm, Right 30 mm).
