If you plan to attend on-site, please complete online registration in advance. Your name badge will be available for download from My Page before the meeting. Please print it in advance and bring it with you to the venue.

Please note that the Educational Lectures and Year Book, including the Year Book viewing page, are provided in Japanese only.
In addition to the content available during Phase 1, recordings of selected lectures from the following session categories will be available on demand, subject to permission from the speakers:

Proof of Registration Category
Participants within five years of medical school graduation must upload the designated certificate at the time of registration. Undergraduate students must upload a copy or photo of their student ID.

After October 29 (Thu), 18:00, participants wishing to attend the Social Gathering may register and pay at the on-site reception. The participation fee will be JPY 5,000.
Advance reservations are available for Luncheon Educational Seminars and Sweets Seminars through the English registration system.
Please note that the Interactive Premium Seminar and the seminar co-hosted by the Japanese Society of Motivational Interviewing involve group work and are not available for reservation through the English registration site.
Reservations may close before the deadline once capacity is reached.

JSPE Members: The printed Program and Abstract Book will be mailed in advance regardless of registration status.
Non-members: A limited number of printed copies will be available for purchase at the General Information Desk for JPY 4,000 during the meeting.
The PDF Program and Abstract Book will be available on the meeting website and through My Page.
JSPE members will receive the password for the PDF by email around mid-October.
After payment of the registration fee, both members and non-members will be able to access the Program and Abstract Book menu on My Page.
Registration is completed only after payment of the registration fee. Entering your registration information alone does not complete your registration.
