Please arrive at the meeting point at least 10 minutes before departure.
Participants arriving at the Domestic Terminal should first take the free airport shuttle bus to the International Terminal (approximately 5 minutes), then proceed to Bus Stop No. 13.

2. From JR Togo Station
The hotel provides a shuttle bus service between JR Togo Station and the conference hotel.
Please contact the hotel directly for further information regarding the hotel shuttle service.

3. By Taxi
Approximately 45 km (about 1 hour)
Estimated taxi fare: approximately JPY 10,000–13,000
Travel time and taxi fare are approximate and may vary depending on traffic conditions.
4. Participants arriving from Osaka/Kansai
You may travel either by domestic flight to Fukuoka Airport or by Shinkansen to JR Togo Station.
For participants travelling with family or heavy luggage, a domestic flight may be more convenient.
From Europe and USA
Most airlines that have a hub airport will fly into Narita or Haneda, both located in Tokyo.
From the airport, you can fly to the Fukuoka International Airport. Or, if you take an airline that have a hub in Asia, you may fly directly into the Fukuoka International Airport (international section and go through an immigration procedure).
So, please plan wisely to enjoy your family trip, since you may visit some Asian countries or tourist spots in Japan.
From Asian countries
You most likely have a direct flight to the Fukuoka International Airport (international section and go through an immigration procedure).
We are planning to pick you up at the airport by a limousine bus.
Some of you may fly into the Kansai Internation Airport. From there, you may use a bullet train to come to Fukuoka. The most convenient train station is JR Akama or Togo where we will pick you up by a mini bus or car.
