The first 200 early registrants will receive a special gift (Happi coat with the IVRA 2026 logo, planned).

Residents, graduate students, veterinary students, and veterinary technicians are required to submit a letter from their institute.

Notes on Registration Fees:

  • Except for Veterinary Students and Veterinary Technicians, registration fees include participation in the Gala Dinner.
  • Registered participants who wish to bring a guest to the Gala Dinner are required to purchase a Gala Dinner Ticket (extra guest).

Associate Programs

Associate programs are currently being finalized.Some events may require a nominal participation fee.

    Breakfast is included only for participants staying at the conference hotel.
    Lunches will be provided to registered participants throughout the conference period.
    Dinner will be provided on Monday, Wednesday, and Thursday at the conference hotel.
    The Friday Gala Dinner will be held at the conference hotel. Participation is included in the registration fee (except for Veterinary Students and Veterinary Technicians);
    advance confirmation of attendance is required for catering purposes.

Payment must be made through the registration system by credit card only.
