Presentation Information

Presentation Slides

  • Presentation slides must be prepared in Microsoft PowerPoint (.pptx) format.
  • Presentations prepared in other formats (including PDF, Keynote, or Google Slides) should be converted to PowerPoint format before submission.
  • There is no limit on the number of slides; however, presenters are responsible for ensuring that their presentation can be completed within the allocated presentation time.
  • Presentation files should be prepared using fonts compatible with Microsoft Windows to avoid display issues during the meeting.
  • If your presentation contains video or audio files, please ensure that they function correctly before submission. Bringing a backup copy of the media files is recommended.

Conflict of Interest (COI)

  • Any relevant conflicts of interest should be disclosed in the presentation.
  • Oral presenters should include a COI disclosure slide if applicable.

Slide Submission

Presentation slides must be uploaded in advance through the designated submission system.

PC Preview Desk and On-site Presentation

  • Presentation files submitted in advance will be loaded onto the presentation computer provided by the Secretariat.
  • Presentations must be delivered using the equipment provided at the venue.
  • Presenters who need to review, update, or replace their presentation files are requested to visit the PC Preview Desk upon arrival at the venue.
  • Any file replacement or final confirmation should be completed no later than 30 minutes before the start of the session.

Poster Board

  • Poster board size: W90 cm × H210 cm
  • The presentation number panel will be provided by the Secretariat.
  • Push pins will be available onsite.

Poster Format

  • There is no prescribed poster format.
  • Presenters may use any layout or paper size, provided that the presentation fits within the assigned poster board.
  • Posters should be prepared in English.

During the Poster Session

  • Presenting authors are requested to remain near their posters during the designated poster session.
  • Authors should be available for discussion with participants.

Conflict of Interest (COI)

  • Any relevant conflicts of interest should be disclosed on the poster.

Poster Removal

  • Posters should be removed after the poster session.
  • Detailed removal times will be announced later.
