■Abstract Submission Guideline

We accept abstracts submitted online only through the submission system.
You may enter the submission page from "Abstract Submission" button at the bottom of this page.

1. Author information and abstracts must be submitted in English.
2. Abstract title must be within 120 characters (including spaces)
   

   *Please enter in sentence case (first letter is capital, the rest in lowercase), with no punctuation. For example, ‘Title of my presentation for the conference’.

3. Abstract text must be within 1600 characters (including spaces).
   Please enter alphanumeric characters in half-width.
4. Please include up to 6 keywords in your abstract, including the imaging modality utilised for the study
5. The maximum of 10 authors (first author & co-authors) can be registered.
6. The maximum of 10 affiliations (including the affiliation of the first author) can be registered.

■Acceptance/Rejection Notification

All submitted abstracts will be reviewed by the Review Committee, and decisions will be made comprehensively based on the study content, ethical considerations, and other relevant factors. You may select your preferred presentation format (oral or poster) when submitting an abstract.
Notification of acceptance or rejection will be sent to the first author via email by March 31, 2026. Accepted abstracts will be published in Veterinary Radiology & Ultrasound.
